Construction of a contemporary T2 single-family home in Central Portugal. Geometric volumes with pure lines, large glazed surfaces and integrated garage.
Challenge
Deliver a minimalist architectural language with large glazed openings and cantilevered balcony while ensuring energy efficiency and thermal comfort.
Solution
Reinforced concrete structure with external thermal insulation, thermally broken aluminium frames with double glazing, tempered glass balustrade and facade-integrated exterior lighting.
